Who we are

Founded in 2013 by Mario C. S. Moro, Resistencia Invest Incorporation & Urban Planning is a real estate company dedicated to land swaps, gated communities, and the sale of its own properties.

By investing in projects that generate large-scale social and commercial impact, R Invest creates regional value through architecture with the purpose of bringing urban development to the north coast of Santa Catarina.
