After years negatively impacting the urban landscape due to being an unfinished structure, R Invest took on the challenge of renovating and adapting the building structure, transforming it into a residential development with 23 apartments, 2 commercial spaces and 31 parking spaces.
The completion of Mirante Building I and II was an important milestone for the city and for the developer.
